Affiliate Program Rules

You may become an affiliate of Neural Frames by applying for Our affiliate program ("Affiliate"). Affiliates are encouraged to share their affiliate link through blogs, personal networks, or in the description of their videos, provided that all applicable legal requirements are observed.

You agree not to use Your Affiliate status in any manner that violates Our Terms of Service, applicable laws, or fair business practices, including but not limited to the following:

• • Misrepresenting Neural Frames or its features, including making false, misleading, or deceptive statements.

• • Engaging in self-referrals, i.e., using Your own affiliate link for Your own purchases or for transactions made on behalf of Yourself.

• • Spamming or distributing unsolicited communications, including but not limited to emails, messages, or social media posts, containing affiliate links.

• • Presenting the affiliate link as a coupon code, discount offer, or otherwise mischaracterizing its purpose or function.

• • Making false, unsubstantiated, or exaggerated claims regarding Neural Frames, its products, or services.

• • Using paid advertising services, whether directly or indirectly (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, or comparable platforms), in connection with Your affiliate link, unless expressly authorized in writing by Neural Frames.

You are entitled to receive a commission of 20% of the net revenue generated through valid transactions via Your affiliate link, excluding self-referrals. Payouts will be made via PayPal at the end of the month following the month in which the eligible conversion occurred.

We reserve the right to terminate Your participation in the affiliate program at any time without prior notice.

All other provisions of Our Terms of Service apply accordingly to participation in the affiliate program.
