Which plan is right for me?
Neural Ninja is the best choice for most creators and our recommended plan for making full-length Autopilot videos. Its 7,200 monthly credits, access to all 10 AI models, and 4K upscaling offer the best balance of creative range and value. Neural Knight works well for lighter use and shorter or lower-cost projects, while Neural Nirvana is built for high-volume creators who want 24,000 monthly credits and Priority Upscaling.
How do credits work?
Your plan includes a fresh credit allocation every month, even when you choose annual billing. Unused subscription credits roll over while your subscription is active, up to 300% of your plan's monthly allocation. If you need more before your next monthly allocation, you can purchase top-up credits at any time. Credit usage depends on your workflow, video length, and chosen AI model.
How much does an Autopilot video cost?
The cost of an Autopilot video can vary significantly based on its length and the AI model you select. We always provide a lower-cost model option, while more expensive models generally produce more refined videos. Use the pricing calculator above to compare models and plans for your song. A hyphen means that the selected plan does not include enough monthly credits for that combination. An annual subscription is the most cost-effective way to create videos.
What is the difference between Autopilot, Short-Form Studio, and the editors?
Autopilot turns your song into a complete, character-consistent music video or lyric video with full automation and plenty of creative control. Short-Form Studio is designed for social clips optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Our frame-by-frame and text-to-video editors give you direct control over individual scenes, prompts, timing, and visual development and usually take longer to create.
Which resolutions does each plan support?
Neural Knight includes 1080p upscaling but does not include 4K upscaling. Neural Ninja and Neural Nirvana include both 1080p and 4K upscaling. Neural Nirvana also includes Priority Upscaling, giving its upscaling jobs priority when demand is high.
What happens if a generation fails?
Failed generations never cost you credits.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Both billing options include the same plan features and a new credit allocation every month. Monthly subscriptions are billed each month. Annual subscriptions are billed once for the full year at a lower effective monthly price, while credits are still distributed monthly rather than all at once. Once again, for serious creators, we recommend annual billing as the most cost-effective way to create videos with us.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep access to your plan and its included credits until that date. When the subscription actually ends, any unused subscription credits expire; they are not removed immediately when you click cancel.
Can I get a refund if Neural Frames is not right for me?
We do not offer a blanket refund guarantee. However, if you subscribed to try Neural Frames, created only one project, and are genuinely unhappy with the result, please contact our customer service team. We review these requests individually and will always try to find a fair solution.
Do I own the commercial rights to my videos?
Yes. You own the videos you create with Neural Frames and may publish, monetize, distribute, or use them for client work. Neural Frames does not claim rights to your finished videos. You remain responsible for having the necessary rights to any music, images, footage, or other copyrighted material you upload.
